Shipping Info: Your order will typically ship out within 7 business days after it is received.

All orders are packed as best as possible to ensure items will not get damaged during shipping.

Postage is with Royal Mail unregistered mail (no tracking or insurance) as standard. Postage delivery times average between 5 days and 3 weeks in the EU, and between 7 days and 4 weeks outside the EU.

Return Policy: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please contact us at management@zoerahman.com within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

Additional exceptions to the return policy:

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on packaging, such as bent corners.
